The process of retaining and sharing your personal data is managed as follows:

To ensure continuous access to the website, process your requests, and achieve our objectives in accordance with the law, we retain your personal data for a reasonable period, not exceeding two years, unless a longer period is required by law.

Once your personal data is no longer necessary, we take measures to anonymize or delete it to ensure its protection against unauthorized access. If this is not feasible due, for example, to archive backups, we will store it securely. No further processing is performed on this data until its permanent deletion is possible.

Relevant employees have access to the data when necessary to perform their service-related tasks, in accordance with the objectives set out in this policy.

Your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases, where these third parties must implement security measures equivalent to ours:

  • Our service providers, who are engaged to perform certain functions for our organization, such as data processing. Measures are taken to ensure that these providers only process your data for the specific purposes defined by our organization.
  • Any entity resulting from a merger, business reorganization, or change of control, in whole or in part.
  • Any public authority, if required by law, for the purpose of protecting our rights or in compliance with the law. If we are compelled to disclose data or provide a copy thereof to a government agency under law or a court order, we will do our best to inform you in advance, within the limits permitted by law.
