IT comanaging: a hybrid and underrated approach

At Hilo Tech, we don't believe that having an internal team is an impediment—quite the opposite.

The comanaging model consists in collaborating closely with your IT team, but for it to work, you need a clear line, well-defined governance and a common desire to create a symbiosis, for the benefit of your organization. We add value, structure, stability and above all: we respect roles.
